Westerners will be whom you mainly work with, so, English language skill is the basic requirement for this job, your communicating and understanding ability decide if you should go on calling us or sending over your resumes.

To be an English-speaking tour guide is not easy as you think, I would say it’s more a challenge, you need often take your guests to countryside and help them find out how local life is going on or how local culture remains, sometimes, under requests of clients who prefer different way of traveling, you possibly will be on a hiking for several days in mountainous region, and stay in ethnic villages for nights, occasionally unexpected situation makes you feel hard, but you must find the solution with own effort....

Foreign language skill only grants you the entrance into this career, but not the guarantee that you can do it well, no matter how enviable your degree is, or how well you speak English, your knowledge about being a good guide is zero.

We don’t care much about your excellent grade in university or college, nor your commonness during schooling, our attention will be paid more to your behavior after becoming our team member, how hard you study, how surefooted you are on your way, how much hardship you can take, how much passion you have for your work......These decide if you can become the right person we want. It happened often guide from normal college did much better than one from famous university.

This is not a well-paid job, but our team is aspirant, so we are same demanding and choosy like big companies, need only who really wants this job and would try best for it.
